F&S Consultants are a construction consultancy who are small enough to care, but big enough to manage. We offer the ‘all-inclusive’ package of surveying, architectural designs, project management and attaining funding where available. EDUCATION
Our surveyors have an extensive background and experience in this sector, whether through the school’s own funding or CIF bids. This includes working on a multi-million-pound framework for Nottingham County Council, achieving millions of pounds in funding for schools nationwide, delivering the works onsite, and working for De Montfort University.
Insurance Sector
We have vast experience working for a reputable insurance company, including surveying their existing property portfolio, setting up planned maintenance programs, ensuring building compliance is achieved and managing their reactive maintenance.
Blue Light Services
Showing experience in all three of the blue light services, our surveyors have worked with the likes of Notts Fire and Rescue, East Midlands Ambulance Service and Derbyshire Police.
Healthcare
Our team have worked with a national dentist chain across the UK including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We have been involved in supporting their mass retrofit alongside assisting in planning and organisation of all works.
